Overview

As a Parent Relationship Leader at Legendary Dogs, you will be vital in enhancing customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role focuses on engaging with pet parents, providing personalized service, and utilizing effective upselling techniques to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute warm and personalized meet and greets with pet parents.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer interaction process.
  • Assist in front desk operations and manage customer transactions.
  • Support back-of-house activities like inventory management and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and store leadership to achieve goals.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
  • Knowledge of retail operations and pet care products
