Overview

Transdev is seeking a Paratransit Non-CDL Driver in Lakewood, WA, to provide safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. This full-time position requires a commitment to professionalism and customer service, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform safe operations by following designated routes and schedules.
  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers during boarding and disembarkation.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Enforce company policies regarding seat belts and emergency preparedness.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to varying conditions
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and traffic regulations

  • Starting pay of $22.05 with progression to $27.00 over 5 years
