Overview

RightHIRE Staffing Solutions is seeking two experienced Paralegals for a prominent law firm in Downtown Miami. The positions focus on medical malpractice and general litigation support, requiring direct collaboration with attorneys in the trial preparation process.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in the litigation process
  • Review, organize, and summarize documents including medical records
  • Prepare witness files and assist with medical expert witnesses
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation
  • Familiarity with Florida federal and state court rules and CM/ECF filing requirements
  • Travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed

Required skills

  • 5 years medical malpractice defense litigation experience
  • 5 years general defense litigation experience
  • Trial preparation and support experience
  • Knowledge of Florida court procedures
  • Document review and organization skills
  • Legal research skills
