Our client, a growing Dallas area law firm, is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Docketing Paralegal to join their team on a permanent/direct hire bases. This position is open due to growth in the firm. The position is fully remote but the firm requires any applicant to be base in Texas. REQUIREMENTSIn depth knowledge and understanding of the patent prosecution process SKILLSAbility to analyze documents generated from the USPTO and identify critical deadlinesAbility to generate and edit reports in databaseAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple projectsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills; team playerMicrosoft proficiencyStrong technical skills; formal technical training is a plus EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum 3 years law firm IP (Intellectual Property) docketing experience in addition to extensive IP (Intellectual Property) paralegal experience.Position is currently remote.
