Overview

The Advocates are a growing personal injury law firm seeking a driven litigation paralegal for their Spokane branch. The role involves supporting a team of attorneys and staff dedicated to helping clients throughout their recovery journeys, requiring a detail-oriented and empathetic individual.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings including complaints and motions
  • Perform administrative duties such as calendaring and organizing case files
  • Manage caseloads and calendars for multiple attorneys
  • Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence binders
  • Coordinate with and interview clients and witnesses for discovery requests
  • Gather information from various legal sources
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with clients for case updates

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of civil litigation experience as a paralegal
  • 1+ years of personal injury experience
  • Strong attention to detail and record keeping
  • Ability to think deductively and manage information effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
