The Paralegal will work in the high-volume No-Surprise Act Arbitration Department, handling cases from inception to post-judgment. The role involves preparing and managing arbitration cases, drafting legal documents, and coordinating schedules.
Key responsibilities
Manage high-volume Federal and State NSA arbitration portfolios
Draft briefs and compile exhibits for submission to arbitrators
Coordinate and maintain arbitration schedules and deadlines
Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence and arbitration documents
Submit arbitration documents via online portals
Assume additional duties as necessary
Meet weekly with COO, Director of Operations, and in-house counsel to review arbitration issues
