Wagner Oehler, Ltd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented paralegal to join their legal team in Rochester, Minnesota. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting lawyers with trial preparation, while ensuring all case files are properly organized.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and organizing case filing system
  • Help lawyers prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with client meetings
  • Conduct client interviews to gather information about legal issues
  • Draft and file estate planning documents and business documents
