Overview

The Painter position at Argcon Group Inc. involves performing various painting tasks at different sites in North York, Ontario. The role requires a commitment to detailed surface preparation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
