Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a Paint Line Helper for the 3rd shift in Fall River, WI. This role involves kitting, loading, unloading, and packaging parts for the paint line, while ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Confirm job order and material selections
  • Report packaging shortages
  • Tape and mask parts for coating
  • Hang parts correctly on the conveyor for cleaning and powder painting
  • Assist with assembly on the line as needed
  • Remove parts from racks after oven cure
  • Inspect coated parts for coating thickness
  • Keep paint hooks clean and organized
  • Manage all production and quality documentation
  • Package parts to avoid damage
  • Report quality concerns
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
