This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to provide impactful, patient-centered care in a beautiful setting, with an emphasis on outdoor living and a close-knit community.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform office-based evaluations
  • Manage medication for pain management
  • Provide patient education and referrals for interventional procedures
  • Conduct minor in-office procedures
  • Share phone call from home on a 1 in 4 weeks rotation

Required skills

  • 2+ years of pain management experience
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
