Overview

Castle Peak is seeking QMAPs in Training to support their nursing team in providing compassionate care to residents. This role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in working with older adults, as it includes paid training for certification as a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP). The position offers flexible hours and is suitable for candidates from diverse backgrounds, including customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide resident services based on service schedules and document services provided
  • Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others
  • Complete incident reports during scheduled shifts
  • Answer help and pull cords in a timely manner and take appropriate action
  • Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor
  • Respect all employees and other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Interest in becoming a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP)
  • Passion for working with older adults
