Job Description: Gold Eagle is seeking an experienced and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will support paid social advertising efforts across our portfolio of brands, including STA-BIL , 303 Products, and Hot Shot's Secret , helping drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing Meta advertising campaigns while partnering with cross-functional teams on content development, product launches, influencer initiatives, and other integrated marketing programs. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results. Support audience targeting, retargeting, testing strategies, and campaign reporting. Manage campaign budgets and spending to maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop high-performing creative assets. Support eCommerce initiatives across Amazon and owned websites. Identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices to support brand growth. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of paid social campaign structure, targeting, and analytics. Experience with Meta Conversion API, pixels, attribution, and audience-building strategies. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Passion for digital marketing and driving business results.
