Job Description

Overview

Always United LLC is seeking Paid Canvassers to support their efforts in electing pro-worker candidates to the U.S. House of Representatives. Canvassers will be instrumental in executing a data-driven voter mobilization program through direct voter contact in multiple congressional districts.

Key responsibilities

  • Knock doors in assigned precincts
  • Achieve daily and weekly quantitative goals
  • Maintain professional representation of Always United
  • Engage in persuasive conversations with voters
  • Capture important data from conversations
  • Work independently and manage time effectively

Required skills

  • Prior canvassing experience (paid, intern, or volunteer) preferred
  • Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation and timely travel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual communication encouraged
  • Ability to work under pressure
