Overview

As a Packing Supervisor at SupplyHouse, you'll lead the packing team in our Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and accurate packing of items. This role involves managing team members, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and organize work for the packing team
  • Train associates on packing processes
  • Assist management in meeting customer requirements and production needs
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and safety guidelines
  • Monitor production standards and assist team members in following SOPs

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds
  • Experience with inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
