Associates will assist with updating and reorganizing a large retail space. This is hands-on work in an active retail environment that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and dependability. Fixture Assembly: Carefully disassemble old store fixtures and build/install new shelving units, racks, and displays. Store Resetting: Move products, clear aisles, and organize backroom inventory to prepare the store for its refreshed layout. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily project milestones safely and efficiently.Position Requirements Experience: None! No previous retail or merchandising experience is required-we will train you on everything you need to know. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for long periods of time throughout the shift.
