Seven Stars Bakery is seeking an Overnight Bakery Supervisor to oversee production during overnight hours. This role is essential for managing bakery activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with safety standards while leading a team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the overnight bakery team to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports detailing production output and incidents.
