Overview

JAM Best One Tire and Service is seeking an energetic and driven Outside Sales Specialist to enhance their presence in the industrial tire markets. This role involves finding new clients while managing existing relationships, requiring a dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate industrial tire sales to meet goals
  • Work closely with team members
  • Determine and understand customer product needs
  • Maintain strong and positive customer relationships
  • Travel between different locations
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients on a monthly basis

Required skills

  • 1 year of successful outside sales experience
  • Tire experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, kneel, and crawl to inspect tires and equipment
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and software navigation
  • Current valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
