Overview

JAM Best One Tire and Service is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to drive sales and manage client relationships in the industrial tire market. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality to attract new clients while effectively supporting existing relationships in a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate industrial tire sales to meet and exceed goals
  • Work closely with team members
  • Determine and understand customer product needs
  • Maintain strong and positive customer relationships
  • Travel between different locations
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients on a monthly basis

Required skills

  • 1 year of successful outside sales experience
  • Tire industry experience preferred
  • Proven customer service track record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, kneel, and crawl to inspect tires and equipment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
