Holland Pump Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Langhorne, Pennsylvania area. This role offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions combined with a competitive base salary, ideal for ambitious sales professionals looking to grow within the water industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow a book of business through multiple verticals in the water industry
  • Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships
  • Utilize technical skills to solve customer fluid handling needs
  • Expand sales and rental products by establishing and maintaining customer contacts
  • Track projects and generate rental and sales quotes and submittals
  • Participate in trade and professional shows and conferences
  • Maintain communication with customers for after-hours emergency response
  • Perform required paperwork and accounts receivable collections calls

Required skills

  • General knowledge of hydraulics
  • General knowledge of fluid dynamics
  • Knowledge of diesel, gas, and electrical motors
  • Experience with centrifugal trash pumps
  • 1-2 years of sales experience or relevant background
