Overview

Lifting Gear Hire Corp is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Green Bay/Appleton, WI area. This role involves achieving sales goals through professional sales techniques, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and targeting new customers. The representative will use their expertise in the industry to grow market share and document sales activities effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and company sales goals through professional sales techniques
  • Maintain quality relationships with existing accounts and target new customers
  • Collaborate internally with mid and senior-level managers
  • Develop maximum sales potential in assigned territory
  • Perform market analysis and assess quality of offerings
  • Utilize Liftware CRM for activity documentation
  • Complete and submit daily sales reports
  • Provide follow-up information to customers as requested

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience
  • Industrial equipment and rigging knowledge
  • Industrial construction and maintenance knowledge
  • Outside sales experience in equipment rentals
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
