Overview

Lifting Gear Hire Corp is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Green Bay/Appleton, WI area. The role involves achieving sales goals through effective sales techniques and maintaining customer relationships, while covering a designated sales territory for rental equipment related to hoisting and rigging.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and company sales goals
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and acquire new customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop trusted relationships
  • Maximize sales potential through competitive techniques
  • Reevaluate work to increase market share
  • Communicate strategies to management for market share increase
  • Stay informed on local projects and market conditions
  • Document sales activities and reports
  • Provide follow-up on customer inquiries
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience
  • Industrial equipment and rigging knowledge
  • Industrial construction and maintenance knowledge
  • Outside sales experience in equipment rentals is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Liftware
