Overview

Ag Concepts is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to market agricultural products in Bethany, Missouri. This role involves engaging with growers to promote unique soil amendments, fertilizers, and additives that help tackle challenges in commercial agriculture. Successful sales representatives can earn a significant income through a commission-based model and are provided with support through training and resources.

Key responsibilities

  • Market high-performance soil amendments and fertilizers to local growers
  • Conduct in-person sales calls during pre-plant season
  • Assist in ensuring timely delivery of products when necessary
  • Perform multiple field evaluations and follow-up visits during the growing season
  • Develop knowledge and passion about Ag Concepts products
  • Utilize sales tools, yield maps, testimonials, and research in presentations
  • Follow up on leads from various sources including farm shows and referrals
  • Work independently and exhibit self-motivation
