Overview

West Shore Home is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role focuses on delivering the company's sales method to secure customer agreements for home improvement services. The ideal candidate will work a rotating schedule and attend weekly team meetings and training, handling warm leads provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow a monthly rotating work schedule.
  • Attend sales appointments lasting about 2 hours each.
  • Conduct a one-call close sales process with customers.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops.

Required skills

  • Sales experience, with a preference for candidates from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is encouraged.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to connect quickly with individuals.
