Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative at Lifting Gear Hire Corp, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and implementing effective sales strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and company sales goals using professional sales techniques
  • Maintain quality relationships with existing accounts and target new customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build trust with mid and senior-level managers
  • Utilize competitive sales techniques to maximize sales potential in assigned territory
  • Provide ongoing assessment of market conditions and offerings
  • Deliver prompt follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized documentation of account activity using Liftware CRM
  • Complete and submit daily sales reports on account activity

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and/or general rigging
  • Experience in industrial construction and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Outside sales experience in equipment rentals is a plus
