Overview

As an Outside Sales Rep. for Document Solutions at ARC Document Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by focusing on the sales of Managed Print Services and other related products. This entails managing a sales pipeline, conducting face-to-face meetings, and delivering compelling presentations to clients while leveraging your sales skills and technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify development potential in accounts by analyzing business metrics and interviewing key customer contacts
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Hubspot CRM to close opportunities across assigned products
  • Initiate and follow the sales process by building relationships and qualifying potential opportunities
  • Deliver presentations to various client organization levels
  • Interact with sales and operational leaders to develop winning sales strategies
  • Understand and articulate ARC Document Solutions value proposition to clients
  • Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge
  • Manage profitability by understanding sales margins

Required skills

  • Experience in selling reprographics or document management services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Hunter mentality and objection-handling capabilities
  • Consultative selling and strong closing skills
  • Proficient in using technology for communication and data management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of large and small format printing and managed print services
  • Previous print industry sales experience
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and CRM tools (preferably Hubspot)
  • Outside sales or hunting experience
  • Tech-savvy
