Overview

NCP Scholastic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager for their sports advertising division. Ideal candidates are motivated and energetic individuals with a sales background who are ready to grow their careers in a dynamic environment. The role involves client interaction, sales strategy development, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel within territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to benefit customers
  • Manage and track sales in customer relationship management software
  • Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Research potential leads from various sources
  • Contact potential customers via phone calls and emails
  • Determine customer needs and offer solutions
  • Deliver targeted sales strategies
  • Close sales and guide customers through purchasing process
  • Meet sales quotas for inside and outside sales
  • Maintain a record of calls in computerized system
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Customer relationship management software knowledge
  • Understanding of sales techniques and theory
  • High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience
  • Excellent communication skills
