NCP Scholastic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative/Customer Success Manager for their sports advertising division in Saint Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be a money-motivated account executive with strong sales experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Manage and track sales progress using CRM software
  • Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities
  • Research potential leads from various resources
  • Contact potential customers through calls and emails
  • Determine customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Close sales and guide customers through the purchasing process
  • Meet sales quotas for inside and outside sales
  • Maintain records of calls through a computerized system
