NCP Scholastic is seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative/Customer Success Manager to join their sports advertising and public relations firm. The position offers a strong starting salary and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Manage and track sales progress in CRM software
  • Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Research potential leads from various sources
  • Contact potential customers via phone calls and emails
  • Determine customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Deliver targeted sales strategies
  • Close sales and guide customers through the purchasing process
  • Meet sales quotas for inside and outside sales
  • Maintain records of calls in the computerized system
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • Sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
  • Understanding of sales techniques and theories
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills
