Overview

NCP Scholastic is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Outside Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager in sports advertising. The role involves managing client relationships, developing customized sales strategies, and achieving sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel within the territory to meet clients
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Manage and track sales using CRM software
  • Support customers after initial sales
  • Research potential leads
  • Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
  • Determine customer needs and offer solutions
  • Deliver targeted sales strategies
  • Close sales and guide customers through purchasing
  • Meet sales quotas for inside and outside sales
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • Sales experience, particularly in B2B
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
  • Understanding of sales techniques and theory
  • High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills
