Overview

NCP Scholastic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Customer Success Manager for their sports advertising division in New Franken, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong sales experience and a passion for building client relationships, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel within territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Manage and track sales in customer relationship management software
  • Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction
  • Research potential leads and contact potential customers
  • Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions
  • Deliver customized sales strategies and close sales
  • Meet sales quotas for both inside and outside sales
  • Maintain a record of calls through computerized system
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • B2B sales experience
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience
  • Sales techniques and theory understanding
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
