Overview

NCP Scholastic is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative/Customer Success Manager to join its sports advertising and public relations firm in Saint Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a customer-centric approach, with opportunities for growth and advancement in management available.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel within the territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to benefit customers
  • Manage and track sales in customer relationship management software
  • Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities
  • Research potential leads from various sources
  • Contact potential customers via phone and email
  • Determine customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Deliver targeted sales strategies and close sales effectively
  • Meet quotas for both inside and outside sales
  • Maintain a record of communications through computerized systems
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • Strong sales techniques and experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a successful track record
