NCP Scholastic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative/Customer Success Manager for its sports advertising division. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and possess entrepreneurial and creative traits to help advance within the company. Key responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned territory to meet clients
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to benefit customers
  • Manage sales and track progress using customer relationship management software
  • Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities
  • Research potential leads from various sources
  • Contact potential customers through calls and emails
  • Determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver customized sales strategies and close sales
  • Meet quotas for inside and outside sales
  • Maintain records of calls in the computerized system
  • Create and manage a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • Sales experience, particularly in B2B environments
  • Customer relationship management software proficiency
  • Understanding of sales techniques and sales funnel
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience
  • Excellent communication skills
