Overview

NCP Scholastic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative/Customer Success Manager for their dynamic sports advertising and public relations firm in Youngstown, Ohio. The ideal candidate should be motivated, outgoing, and possess strong sales experience, with opportunities for advancement into management.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel within the territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services
  • Manage sales and track progress using CRM software
  • Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Research potential leads from various resources
  • Contact potential customers via phone and email
  • Determine customer needs and offer solutions
  • Deliver targeted sales strategies and close sales
  • Meet all sales quotas for inside and outside sales
  • Maintain records of calls and create a database of prospective clients

Required skills

  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Customer management software proficiency
  • Understanding of sales techniques and theory
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
