Overview

FastBridge Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Community Sales Representative to expand its presence in Reading, Pennsylvania. This field-based role focuses on engaging with residents to promote fiber internet services, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-person conversations
  • Educate residents on the benefits of FastBridge Fiber internet and services
  • Generate leads, referrals, and new customer sign-ups within your territory
  • Distribute marketing materials such as door hangers and community information
  • Represent FastBridge Fiber at local events and community initiatives
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude in every interaction
