Job Description

Overview

Cocoon House is seeking an Outreach Youth Support Staff to work at their youth drop-in center, U-Turn, located in Everett, Washington. This role involves providing a safe environment for youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness, promoting positive interactions and essential life skills, and connecting them to necessary services.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet youths' basic needs while building positive relationships
  • Link youth to other Cocoon House programs for case management
  • Conduct outreach at the U-Turn Drop-In Resource Center
  • Cook and clean as scheduled and complete assigned projects
  • Support volunteers and community partners
  • Collect and track data on services provided

Required skills
