The position builds and maintains community partnerships, represents outreach initiatives, and supports enrollment and admissions growth through strategic outreach efforts. The role also coordinates events, communications, and cross-functional collaboration while managing administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency and program effectiveness. Through strong relationship building and organizational leadership, this position helps advance outreach goals and strengthen community impact. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and deliver a high-quality, end-to-end volunteer experience • Coordinate operations and maintain program effectiveness • Build and manage external partnerships • Represent and promote outreach efforts • Support outreach and admissions growth • Provide event and administrative support • Support outreach communications and collaboration • Ensure operational and administrative efficiency This is a safety sensitive position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability. Qualifications • Minimum of two years of experience in outreach, community engagement, nonprofit work, admissions, fundraising, or related roles • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good working knowledge of fundraising strategies and practices • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to effectively interact with and engage with diverse populations • Ability to represent Rainbow Acres professionally and missionally to external audiences. • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising related software applications including databases • Evidence of a strong Christian commitment and alignment with Rainbow Acres' values is essential • Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
