The Outpatient Program Manager will assist the program director in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical and operation aspects of outpatient program activities including policies and procedures. They will Adopt and implement evidence-based, structured administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience. The Outpatient Program Manager will provide clinical support by leading meetings, coordinating and providing clinical development trainings as needed. They will also provide supervision to QMHP'S and QMHA'S to a) meet OAR standards and b) assist them to increase their skills, improve quality of services to individuals, and compliance with outpatient program policies and procedures. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You'll Make$7,000 - $7,500 per month DOE/CredentialsDifferentials:In addition to your base wage, CCS offers the following pay differentials, subject to position, program, and eligibility requirements:Night Shift (NOC) Differential: Anadditional$3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, provided that at least 2.5 hours of your shift occur within this designated period.Secure Program Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible CCS secure program.Bilingual Differential: Anadditional5% pay differential for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.About the ProgramColumbiaCare Outpatient Services offers friendly, professional, and integrated behavioral health services in Southern Oregon's Jackson County!
