Overview

Gelpac Poly Inc. is seeking an Outilleur/Ajusteur to join their team in Farnham, Quebec. The role involves reading technical specifications, collaborating with team members, and performing machine adjustments and maintenance to ensure production efficiency and quality control.

Key responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical specifications for tools and prototypes
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate machine adjustments
  • Install dies, including roller changes
  • Perform dimension and tolerance calculations, and adjust machines accordingly
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines to meet sanitation requirements
  • Verify product quality using control tools and ensure conformity to standards
  • Propose and implement improvements for production operations and tool control
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain and develop skills
