Description: The Client Success Manager serves as the primary advisor and advocate for Managed Services clients, building strong relationships and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. Requirements: QualificationsUnderstanding of project management principles and experience in IT, Managed Services, or a related environment.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions.Ability to collaborate across teams and build productive relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Candidates relocating to Texas must obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of establishing residency, consistent with Texas state requirements.Technical SkillsFamiliarity with project and resource management tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Experience interpreting technical information and communicating it to non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and technology lifecycle management preferred.Preferred CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional)Agile CertificationITIL FoundationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a business-related field req
