Experience is helpful but not required - we provide structured training, defined installation systems, and a clear advancement path.This is not a clock-in-and-coast position. Reliability and performance matter here.WHAT YOU'LL DOInstall holiday lighting on rooflines, trees, and commercial buildingsInstall and service custom outdoor lighting systemsInstall outdoor audio systems and permanent lighting productsFollow defined installation standards, checklists, and documentation protocolsMaintain clean, organized job sitesInteract professionally with residential and commercial clientsWork efficiently as part of a crew to meet project timelinesCOMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENTWe believe in paying professionals fairly - and providing a clear path to grow.Starting pay ranges from $20-$26/hour, based on experience, work ethic, and skill level. Experienced installers and crew leads may start higher based on experience and leadership ability.Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, reliability, and craftsmanship - not just time served.
