Overview

The Outdoor Guest Service position at Temecula KOA at Vail Lake Resort is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. Located in a picturesque environment, this role involves ensuring that guests have a memorable camping experience through excellent service and safety management.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service to guests
  • Ensure the safety of guests and campground property
  • Coordinate with office and campground staff
  • Learn and operate the Campground Management system
  • Communicate with staff and management using Microsoft Teams
  • Enforce campground policies and solutions
  • Manage guest interactions to promote a positive environment
  • Complete check-in process for after-hours guests
  • Perform light custodial work
  • Fill LP gas tanks during office hours
  • Assist with light pool maintenance
  • Facilitate day use passes for mountain bike guests
  • Other duties as assigned by management
