Trucks for You is offering an over-the-road (OTR) lease purchase program for truck drivers seeking ownership and independence in their driving careers. The program includes a competitive pay structure starting at $1.10 per mile plus additional bonuses based on safety and performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive OTR with a focus on safety and compliance
  • Participate in the lease purchase program without upfront costs or credit checks
  • Haul 53' trailers with no-touch freight
  • Manage a weekly truck payment and operational costs
  • Achieve high mileage with a favorable trailer-to-tractor ratio

Required skills

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of twelve months OTR truck driving experience in the past sixteen months
  • Ability to operate a 53' trailer
  • No DUIs or failed/refused drug tests
