Overview

This Otolaryngology locum tenens opportunity in New York involves a mix of clinic, call, and minor surgical coverage across multiple community hospitals. The role is ongoing with flexible scheduling available, supporting both outpatient and inpatient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient clinic coverage
  • Handle inpatient consults and emergency ENT calls
  • Perform minor surgical procedures such as ear tubes and tonsillectomies
  • Support multiple community hospitals within a short driving distance
  • Participate in weeknight and occasional weekend call coverage

Required skills

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT
  • Active New York license or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in otolaryngology
  • Trauma experience
  • DEA certification
  • Ability to cover multiple hospitals
