Lancesoft INC is seeking a Full-Time Otolaryngologist for a Locum-to-Perm role in the vibrant central Iowa region, specifically in Des Moines and Clive. This position involves delivering comprehensive ENT care in both inpatient and clinic settings, supported by a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient and clinic coverage for ENT care
  • Manage a patient volume of 30+ per day
  • Perform full scope of ENT procedures
  • Collaborate with ancillary staff at a 1:1 ratio
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient management
  • Participate in teaching opportunities

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Otolaryngology
  • IA License or Active IMLC
  • Experience in ENT care
  • Clean malpractice and background check
  • Ability to work full-time
