Overview

Lyle Health is seeking an Orthopedics Physician Assistant to join their team in Union, New Jersey. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday with no call or weekend duties, focusing on patient care in an orthopedic setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform chart reviews
  • First assist in the OR when needed
  • Provide medical treatment to pre/post op patients
  • Develop and implement patient management plans
  • Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Required skills

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • New Jersey State Physician Assistant License
  • Familiarity with standards of care in various healthcare settings
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
