Overview

Inspire Healthcare is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to join their hospital-based practice in Chico, California. This position involves working with a well-established group and providing care to a high volume of patients through a supportive hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Cover OR cases and ER/inpatient consults during call shifts
  • Conduct rounds, clinic visits, and manage overflow OR cases during back-up shifts
  • Collaborate with Physician Assistants for clinic and ER/inpatient calls
  • Provide surgical care and patient consultations in the dedicated Orthopaedic clinic

Required skills

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma
  • Surgical skills in trauma care
  • Experience in healthcare collaboration and clinical practice
