Overview

Curative is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join their established program in Emmett, Idaho. This role provides the opportunity for a rural practice with modern technology and comprehensive organizational support, ensuring a fulfilling career in a community with a loyal patient base.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general orthopedic surgeries including total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements
  • Conduct arthroscopic procedures for knee, shoulder, and ankle
  • Execute carpal tunnel release and hand procedures
  • Administer injections and trigger point therapy
  • Offer non-surgical treatment options for chronic conditions
  • Lead and manage a comprehensive OR team

Required skills

  • MD or DO from accredited institution
  • Completed orthopedic surgery residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Current or obtainable Idaho medical license
  • DEA and Idaho Pharmacy licensure
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • 4+ years post-residency experience preferred
  • Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries
