Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead and optimize our supply chain processes at Tech20 Solutions in Baltimore. This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management while leveraging advanced data analytics and process improvement methodologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies using SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and MRP systems.
  • Analyze supply chain data with Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and develop long-term solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs related to inventory management and overall supply chain health.
  • Facilitate training sessions on ERP systems to enhance team capabilities.

Required skills

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience with ERP systems including SAP ERP and Oracle EBS
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis
  • Familiarity with demand planning tools and production planning processes
  • Expertise in supply chain analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of procurement strategies and inventory management techniques
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement frameworks like Kaizen
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
