Overview

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking an Order Processor/Data Entry Clerk for its Scag Power Equipment Distribution Center in Brandon, MS. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks supporting Metalcraft's product lines during the standard business hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide telephone coverage and direct incoming calls
  • Direct contact with customers
  • Perform order and data entry
  • Support office staff on various projects
  • Carry out other administrative duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SAP is beneficial
  • Experience in administrative support and customer service
