Overview In this role you will drive Oracle Cloud Supply Chain transformations for clients, designing processes and delivering measurable value aligned with business goals. You'll work with client teams and cross-functional partners to collect requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide configurations and testing. ResponsibilitiesGather requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementationsPerform fit-gap analysis, functional design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, and post-go-live planningLead current-state and future-state process design with scenario development and opportunities for efficiency and controlsPrepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phasesContribute to proposals, research, and pursuit materialsMentor and develop junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration Key requirementsFunctional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations3+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules or related areasExperience supporting systems strategy, documenting requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and supporting conferences room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user trainingAbility to travel 50% depending on client engagementBachelor's degree in a related fieldLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableStrong written and verbal communicationAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverablesAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsOracle Cloud Supply Chain modulesFit-gap analysisFunctional design and configuration
